Embedding the wake store path in the wake user's authorized_keys file made eval of the apu toplevel require building the x86_64-only wake derivation via IFD (pkgs.writeText interpolates the store path, and sshd's authorized_keys.d machinery readFiles the key file during eval). On the aarch64 CI runner that build fails with "platform mismatch: Required system x86_64-linux, Current aarch64-linux", which is why the scheduled update-flake-lock runs on main fail (runs #86, #114, #236).

Point the forced command at the runtime path instead — wake is already in environment.systemPackages on apu, so /run/current-system/sw/bin/wake exists at runtime. Eval no longer forces the wake build.
